Worn Wear is a film about the stories we wear, presented by Patagonia. Released as an antidote to the Black Friday and Cyber Monday shopping frenzy, Worn Wear is an invitation to celebrate the stuff you already own. Bravo Patagonia, bravo!
These are my Patagonia Gloves. I've had them for, give or take, 7 years.
I got them on clearance as the store was closing out. I was still unsure if i wanted them because even on clearance, they were still on the expensive side, especially at the time, being on a very tight student/athlete budget. In the end, they are my favourites, to this day. These gloves have been on the top of Revelstoke Mountain to a night out with my Mackage jacket. It just feels right to wear them on any occasion. Overtime, they have molded to my hands, the leather palm and the lining are thinning out and are stained and ripped with stories.
So what would you rather wear: a new jacket or an old jacket that once belong to your dad that went on several magical adventures in the backcountry?
